About Jialand

Founded in 1994, Seloka Gagah Sdn Bhd was formed as an affiliate to our construction company back then. We began our property developer journey in the town of Sekinchan, Sabak Bernam, in our founder's very own hometown. The first project, the Sekinchan Business Centre, is a development of 44 double storey shop offices and 12 units of 3-storey shop offices. After its completion in 2001, the strategic location and project success has made the area the main business centre of Sekinchan.

Subsequently, we continued our focus in the District of Kuala Selangor. Several of our projects are in the town of Tanjong Karang, including Taman Tiram Baru, Taman Ria Mas and Taman Ria Min between year 2000 till 2010. Our recently completed project, Taman Makmur, featuring a mixed development of shophouses and double storey homes, is also in Tanjong Karang and was completed in 2018. All these projects have provided quality products and contributed to the growth of the local township.

Meanwhile, our journey in Sekinchan continued with the development of Taman Indah 2. Completed in 2014, it was considered one of the best projects in the town locally, where its strategic location, modern design and good workmanship has made Jialand now a well-recognized developer the Northern Coastal Districts of Selangor. We consistently deliver our projects in a timely manner with quality assurance, and this has a great impact on our purchaser’s trust towards our future development.
